Cancellation clause
Cancellation of the table reservation/reduction in the number of persons:
Cancellation of the table reservation confirmed by us in writing or reduction of the last number of persons indicated is possible free of charge up to 1 working day before the desired reservation day. In the event of cancellation/reduction of the last specified number of persons below this deadline or non-appearance on the desired reservation day, we will charge the food and beverage sales we are likely to have lost, less 25% goodwill for the goods not provided by us.
Group reservations (10 persons or more) with prior food reservation:
Cancellation of the group reservation confirmed by us in writing or reduction of the last number of persons stated is possible free of charge after an agreed advance food reservation up to 3 working days before the desired reservation day. In the event of cancellation/reduction of the last specified number of persons below this deadline or non-appearance on the desired reservation day, the food and beverage turnover lost by us will be charged in full.
Cancellations, reductions in the number of persons or any changes must always be made in writing by e-mail or fax and must also be confirmed by us in writing!
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general legislation. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
